Change Ticket Number: CHN-7788 Change Start Time: 18/05/2024 07:00 AM AEST Change End Time: 18/05/2024 04:00 PM AEST Expected Impact: No Impact – Hazard Condition Only Services Affected: Hazard condition - services connected to North Sydney Data Centre (NSDC) Locations Affected: North Sydney Data Centre (NSDC) The electricity supply partner of North Sydney Data Centre (NSDC) has scheduled a planned maintenance window to conduct maintenance on the mains power system. During this period, the AC mains electricity supply to the data centre will be temporarily interrupted, and data centre services will be powered by the Available Generators as well as UPS supplied load. During the maintenance window, North Sydney Data Centre (NSDC) services will experience hazardous conditions while electricity supply partner performing the maintenance works. This activity has been planned to ensure the highest operational standards are maintained and to minimize the risk of disruption to operational environment. The DC Facility Management team and specialized vendors will be present on-site to oversee and monitor the health of services. Additionally, the Intergrid Service Management team will continuously monitor service health throughout the change window.
