Change Ticket Number: SD-3408 Planned Start Date: 20 Nov 2024, 22:00 PM NZDT Planned End Date: 21 Nov 2024, 08:00 AM NZDT Expected Impact: No Impact - Hazard Condition Services Affected: Network and IP Transit Locations Affected: Auckland Data Centre Change Details: The Intergrid team has scheduled a window to perform network maintenance at an Auckland-based data center. During the maintenance window, the Intergrid network team will migrate underlying network services to newer network elements, intended to enhance the performance and stability of the network infrastructure. The Intergrid Service Management Centre will monitor the health of the services through the change window. Change Description : 5GN planned maintenance work Change Ticket Number : SD-2266 Change Start Time : 09/11/2024 07:00 AM AEDT Change End Time : 09/11/2024 10:00 AM AEDT Expected Impact : No Impact - Only Hazardous Condition Services Affected : Hazard condition - services connected to 5GN Melbourne Data Centre (MDC Locations Affected : 530 Collins Street - Melbourne Data Centre (MDC) Change Detail : 5G network team has scheduled maintenance window to perform annual generator maintenance works at the - Melbourne Data Centre (MDC) as part of our comprehensive maintenance program. During the maintenance window, specialist vendors and 5GN DC Facility team will be onsite to perform generator load testing works. This activity involves simulating a mains failure (main will be available at all times) in order to test the automation of the UPS and generator infrastructure. Whilst site is confirmed to be stable on EPG (Emergency Power Generator) supply, various maintenance inspections will be carried out before returning site back to Utility supply. 5GN Service Management team, DC Facility Management and specialist vendors will monitor the health of services throughout the change window. This activity has been planned to ensure the highest operational standards are maintained and to minimise the risk of disruption to your operational environment. During the maintenance windows, all services (Smart Hands, installations, work visits, etc.) will continue in accordance with our normal procedures.
